Adam Janas is a graduate economist and trained banker with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, M&A and senior finance management. He has held CFO and managing-director positions in renewable energy companies and has advised on approximately 50 financing, transaction and management mandates with an aggregate volume exceeding €1bn.
